Basquestage Candidate, Daniel Echevarria. Baked Cod with Roasted Vegetables and Balsamic Glaze.

Just got done roasting the asparagus. I am using this as part of my foundation.

I added height to my dish by coupling vegetables together, and  placing the cod atop them.

Balsamic glaze is added on both sides of the plate to balance the dish.
